lol
on top of that, metered billing will start to go around.
So now you are paying for "up to" speeds, only to be cut off after you hit a cap! ... or pay per gig

I have a good one for you.
I cancelled my account but I have one month left and Bell Sympatico has reduced my download bandwith to 540 mbps same thing for the upload.
I called the support and the moron tried to convince me it was a server error.
Server error the day after I cancelled my account ah ah ah give me a break.
Do you understand now why I made that cancellation?
I got this kind of **** during all the time with that company. Invoice error they charge you more and never less when it is an error ah ah ah and they give you less bandwith than more when it is an error. They think people are stupid and employees think they are god because they work at Bell.
Never Never Never.
My download speed was 2581 kbps (5 times that speed) and they charge near 2 times more for that service reduce the bandwith, limit the unlimited download to 30 GB or 60GB by charging you $10 more.

It's just silly. They should TELL you what the limits are or when. Cablevision didn't do that, they just capped you and waited for you to call.
If they gave schedules for "prime loading" times, just like cell phones, maybe people would get better bandwidth at peak while the loaders/streamers concentrated on the wee-hours for their transfers! (say max 20G per month between 9-5 M-F, unlimited nights/weekends?)
